At Duerr’s, your mental wellbeing matters. We know that when people feel good, work feels better — and a positive workplace is better for everyone.
That’s why we offer support through our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), which gives you access to free, confidential mental health advice, as well as discounts on things like shopping, activities, and holidays.
We also have trained Mental Health First Aiders on site, ready to listen and help guide you towards the right support when you need it

Being part of the Duerr’s extended family has its rewards and benefits. Our team members work across two sites in Wythenshawe, one making the jams, marmalades, condiments, mincemeat and honey and the second making a range of peanut butter, including our very own treat for our canine friends, Peamutt Butter. We have a wide range of roles across the two sites which would suit either those with experience within food manufacturing, engineering or career starters, and offer training and development which will help you learn everything we do.
