- No employees of: F Duerr & Sons Ltd’, nor their family members nor anyone else connected in any way with the competition will be permitted to enter the competition.
- The competition is open to residents of UK, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands aged 16 and over.
- A picture of one of Duerr’s Artists Range Marmalade jars is necessary to enter this competition.
- Purchase, internet access and a mobile phone is required.
- The competition will open on 28th November 2019.
- The final closing date for entry for the competition is 27/01/20.
- To be eligible to win a prize, entrants must take a photo with their Duerr’s Artists Range marmalade jar and share it with F Duerr & Sons Ltd’ via a post on our company pages or by tagging us on our social media channels, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram – @Duerrs1881, using the hashtag #IFoundDuerrs. Entrants must also state where they found their jar. For example, “I found the Duerr’s Artists Range in ‘store name / social media handle” Or, “I found the Duerr’s Artists Range in my November Degusta box” Entrants must also use the hashtag, #IFoundDuerrs.
- Entrants can enter the competition as many times as they like throughout the duration of the campaign.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to have their photograph or story shared in the press/media and on our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages @Duerrs1881
- The promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to verify the eligibility of any participant (including their age); disqualify any participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Promotion, or who the promotor believes to have acted in breach of these terms & conditions; disqualify participants who do not enter correctly, via the appropriate methods.
- There are 3 prizes available. Each prize will be selected at random over a three-week period. Prize Structure: 3 X £500 cash prizes and one prizes donated by the Duerr’s Artist’s.
- The prizes are not transferable.
- Upon the prize being claimed, the promoter will send this out to the winner’s nominated address using a first class, signed for delivery service. The promoter cannot be held responsible for the winner’s delay in receiving the prize at the hands of the courier.
- Winners will be selected at random and will be contacted every three weeks, our first winner will be chosen during WC 16th December 2019, second winner WC 6th January 2020 and third and final winner WC 27th
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- If the winners do not want to be mentioned on the promoter’s social media channels or blog, it is the winner’s responsibility to let the promoter know as soon as possible.
