1. The ‘Official Peamutt Butter Taster’ competition opens at 07:00AM on 25th July 2017 and closes at 11.59pm on 30th September 2017 for UK residents only.
2. To enter the competition, entrants must share a photograph or a video of their dog enjoying Peamutt Butter via Instagram or twitter using the hashtag #PMBtaster or the Duerr’s website by 11.59pm on 30th September.
3. All entries will be displayed on the Peamutt Butter Taster page on the Duerr’s website, and used across all social channels.
4. The winner will be the entry that receives the most votes across all social channels at time of count.
3. The winner will be notified across all channels no later than Friday 6th October 2017.
4. Late entries will not be accepted.
5. The winner will be crowned the ‘Official Peamutt Butter Taster’ and win a year’s supply of Peamutt Butter (24 jars) and a goody bag worth £250. There are no-runners-up prizes. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
6. No entry may contain unlawful, obscene or objectionable material. Peamutt Butter also reserves the right at any time during the competition to remove or disqualify any entry when it believes in its sole discretion that the entrant has: (i) infringed any third party’s copyright; (ii) does not comply with these Terms and Conditions; (iii) failed to obtain the necessary consents as set out in these terms and conditions.
7. By entering a picture or video into the competition you grant Duerr’s and Peamutt Butter the permission to use the images for all marketing purposes – including (but not exclusive to) their website, social media channels, in marketing leaflets and for PR.
8. Employees of Peamutt Butter (Duerr’s) directly associated with this competition and their immediate families or those living in the same household of each such employee are not eligible to enter this competition.
9. The prize consists of Official Peamutt Butter Taster and win a year’s supply of Peamutt Butter and a goody bag worth £250 Peamutt Butter reserves the right to amend contents of the prize.
10. Peamutt Butter is not responsible for incorrect email or postal addresses or for problems with entries or claims caused by any factors outside of their control.
11. Arrangements for the delivery of the prize will be made with the winner via their method of entry.
12. If the entrant uses any material or elements in the image or video which are subject to the rights of a third party, the entrant must obtain prior to submission of the entry, the necessary consents from such party to enable Peamutt Butter to use and showcase the image or video. Such consents shall be at the expense of the entrant. A non-exhaustive list of such material or elements include: name, likeness of any person and/or audio-visual material which the entrant does not own.
13. This competition is open to any person aged 18 years or over who are resident in the United Kingdom.
14. The entrant agrees that Peamutt Butter shall not be liable for any claims, costs, liabilities, damages, expenses and losses arising out of (i) Peamutt Butter use of the entrant’s image or video; (ii) the entrant’s participation in the competition; (iii) technical failures of any kind including but not limited to problems or delays arising from software or equipment malfunctions or computer viruses; (iv) any events outside Peamutt Butter’s reasonable control. Nothing in this clause shall be construed to exclude or limit Peamutt Butter liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability which by law cannot be excluded or limited.
15. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

17. Peamutt Butter reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Peamutt Butter may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on this page.
18. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
