Peanut Butter Bread Recipe
This tasty treat is a twist on the classic banana loaf, but with added peanut butter! An easy way to liven up a great pudding.
110g unsalted butter
225g granulated sugar
2 medium eggs
110g Duerr’s Peanut Butter
2 mashed bananas
300g plain flour
1 tsp baking soda
100g chopped walnuts
Duerr’s Strawberry Jam
- Preheat the oven to 165 degrees C/325 degrees F and lightly grease a medium size loaf tin
- Cream together in a bowl the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and beat well. Stir in the Duerr’s Peanut Butter, bananas, flour and baking soda until fully combined. Fold in the walnuts and spoon into the greased loaf tin.
- Bake for 70 minutes, or until the centre of the loaf is fully baked. Leave on a wire rack to cool.
- When cool, slice and serve with butter and Duerr’s Strawberry Jam.
