Woke up too late for breakfast, but its too early for lunch?
A brunch is a combination of the two! Usually served around 10am-2pm, it combines the best elements of both meals such as sausages and pancakes with jam(!) from breakfast with cold meats and bread from lunch.
For a posh brunch add a glass of champagne into the mix or for a lazy brunch have it in bed on a Sunday morning. Whatever the day or occasion, ‘brunching’ is still a very popular tradition in Britain. Giving us a excuse to sit down and truly enjoy a nice meal.
