Now of course, we love marmalade on toast when we wake up but what weekend would be complete without the classic fry up? Sausage, beans, hashbrowns, eggs, bacon, mushrooms, toast and tea! Not forgetting a healthy dose of ketchup or brown sauce, perhaps both?
It has fortified our men and women for centuries and we’d be lost without it! Today we salute the fry up.
